Strive Compounding Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to fortify its compounding and quality infrastructure across the organization. The PIC will lead regulatory compliance, quality systems, and rapid, compliant growth while serving as the external authority on 503B standards.

The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, 10+ years of leadership in FDA‑regulated environments, and an active U.S. pharmacist license. Onsite work in Alachua, FL with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality, regulatory affairs, operations, or technical oversight within FDA‑regulated pharma environments.
• Expert knowledge of FDA cGMP requirements and 21 CFR Parts 210/211 as applied to sterile/non-sterile manufacturing in a 503B facility.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in one or more U.S. states, with ability to obtain multi‑state licensure.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections and audits including FDA, state boards, and third‑party assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Build a unified, scalable quality blueprint integrating sterile and non‑sterile operations.
• Maintain inspection‑ready systems reinforcing documentation integrity and regulatory confidence.
• Provide quality subject‑matter expertise to Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Quality teams.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulator interactions, ensuring aligned messaging and readiness.
• Support regulatory proceedings and cases requiring technical quality interpretation.
• Design scalable organizational structures and develop elite quality talent for rapid execution.
• Implement disciplined operating systems driving alignment, transparency, and accountability site‑wide.
• Standardize site practices and improve throughput reliability across locations.
