Job summary

Strive Compounding Pharmacy in Florida seeks the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to fortify quality and regulatory infrastructure across 503B operations. You will lead quality systems, oversee sterile and non-sterile processes, and represent Strive in inspections and with regulators.

The role demands 10+ years of leadership in FDA-regulated pharma, an active pharmacist license, and a track record of building high-performance teams. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality, regulatory affairs, operations, or technical oversight within FDA-regulated pharma environments.
• Expert knowledge of FDA cGMP requirements (21 CFR Parts 210/211) applied to sterile and non-sterile drug manufacturing in a 503B facility.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in one or more U.S. states with multi-state licensure readiness.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections and audits, with remediation planning and response strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; advanced degree (PharmD, MS, MBA) considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified, scalable quality blueprint integrating sterile and non-sterile operations.
• Maintain inspection-ready systems that reinforce documentation integrity and regulatory confidence.
• Provide quality subject-matter expertise to Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Quality teams.
• Support inspections, audits, and interactions with regulators and third-party auditors.
• Design scalable organizational structures and develop elite quality talent for high-velocity execution.
• Implement disciplined operating systems that drive alignment, transparency, and accountability across sites.
