Job summary

JCW Group in South Florida is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead a fast-growing, high-volume sterile compounding operation. The PIC will oversee compliance, quality, and efficiency while guiding a skilled team in a dynamic environment.

You will drive licensure expansion into additional states and collaborate with leadership to scale the business, ensure patient safety, and maintain regulatory excellence in a 503A/503B setting.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license required.

I'm working on a confidential search with a fast-growing 503A sterile compounding pharmacy based in South Florida.

They're looking for a seasoned Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a high-volume sterile compounding operation, expand licensure into new states, and help grow the pharmacy team as the company positions itself as a major name in the industry.

What they're looking for:

• Active pharmacist license, with multiple state licenses a strong plus (10+ preferred)
• Solid background in sterile compounding - injectables experience is a plus
• Comfortable operating at scale — 1,000+ orders/batches daily preferred (503A or 503B)
• Track record of growing or scaling a compounding pharmacy, including team-building preferred
• Thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
