Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Medford, Oregon seeks a Pharmacist in Charge to lead a satellite long-term care location. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and drive exceptional patient care in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

With a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, you will partner with a nationwide Guardian team to ensure regulatory compliance, service excellence, and ongoing operational improvements in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Oregon Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Eligibility to serve as Pharmacist in Charge under Oregon Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities
