Guardian Pharmacy in Medford, Oregon, is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead our long-term care pharmacy. The role offers ownership of day-to-day operations, building a strong local team, and driving growth while collaborating with experienced leaders in Eugene.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Oregon Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Eligibility to serve as Pharmacist in Charge under Oregon Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Previous long-term care, institutional, or high-volume pharmacy experience.
• Prior supervisory, management, or PIC experience.
• 5+ years of pharmacist experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a pharmacy operation serving patients throughout Southern Oregon.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Medford location and guide the Medford team with Eugene collaboration.
• Develop staff, ensure compliance, and maintain patient safety and service excellence.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

A Leadership Opportunity with the Support of an Established Team

We’re seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead our closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Medford, Oregon.

As a satellite location of our established Eugene pharmacy, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, and help drive the continued growth and success of our Medford pharmacy. You’ll have the autonomy to make an impact locally while working closely with experienced pharmacy leaders and colleagues in Eugene who are invested in your success.
