Qualifications

• Pharmacist-in-Charge licensure with unencumbered status.
• Minimum 5+ years in high-volume pharmacy settings.
• Minimum 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations systems experience preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, evaluate, coach, and develop Supervisors/Lead Technicians.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage and productivity while controlling costs.
• Oversee daily operations for accuracy and patient service excellence.
• Evaluate workflow and implement technology/process changes.
• Address and resolve customer issues related to operations and quality.
