Job summary

Medix is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time LTC operations role in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise a small team, ensure compliant prescription processing, and maintain strict controlled substance records for a facility-based pharmacy.

Responsibilities include data entry, verification of ~150 scripts per day, no compounding, regimen safety reviews, and collaboration with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes. Competitive benefits and schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pharmacist experience.
• Willing to obtain MS Pharmacist License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LTC daily operations, supervise 4 technicians and staff.
• Handle prescription processing, verification, and data entry (~150 scripts/day).
• No compounding; manage ready-to-go dosage forms.
• Review regimens for interactions, allergies, dosing; coordinate with staff.
• Maintain all required controlled substances records.
