STG International, Inc. seeks a qualified Pharmacist in Charge for a future opening in North Carolina. This role is responsible for overall clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial pharmacy performance. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with laws, managing daily operations, leading clinical initiatives, and developing strong community relationships. The ideal candidate has at least a PharmD, an active state license, and 3-5 years of retail pharmacy experience. Competitive benefits package included.

Qualificações

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Eligible to serve as Pharmacist in Charge per state regulations.
• Immunization certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of retail pharmacy experience (Leadership experience preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws.
• Direct daily pharmacy workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
• Drive pharmacy profitability through revenue growth and expense management.
• Build strong relationships with residents, physicians, clinics, and community partners.
