Job summary

STGi in Charlotte, NC seeks a Pharmacist in Charge to lead the Pharmacy's clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial performance, ensuring safe dispensing and strict compliance with all laws. The PIC serves as the main license holder and oversees staff, budgeting, and quality initiatives.

The role drives immunization programs, third-party billing, and community engagement while fostering resident-centered care and a high-performance culture in a multi-site healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Eligible to serve as Pharmacist in Charge per state regulations.
• Immunization certification and CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of retail pharmacy experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory and compliance oversight with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Lead clinical services, patient counseling, and immunization programs.
• Direct daily pharmacy workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
• Oversee inventory, third party billing, and reimbursement processes.
• Drive profitability and community engagement through services.
