Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge to join our Infusion Pharmacy team. This role oversees daily site operations, mentors staff, and ensures compliance, safety, and quality in dispensing and oncology, rheumatology, and specialty infusion preparation.

You will manage inventory, coach staff, coordinate programs, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations while delivering high-quality patient care in a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and two or more years of experience as a pharmacist (preferably within PNHS) or PharmD.
• Previous management experience is highly desirable.
• State of MN Pharmacy Licensure (Lic-ps).

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of a site pharmacy to ensure high-quality patient services and profitability.
• Lead coaching, teaching, and performance evaluations for site staff.
• Plan and maintain pharmaceutical inventory; develop and drive operational goals and programs.
• Dispense medications to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee oncology, rheumatology, and specialty infusion medication preparation and dispensing, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations.
