Job summary

Janus RX, a subsidiary of Mims Management Group, is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge in London, KY. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) with no nights or weekends and major holidays off, supporting an underserved Behavioral Health population.

The PIC will oversee all pharmacy operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory, and provide patient education while upholding HIPAA and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (PharmD or equivalent) and state licensure.
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
• Proficient with pharmacy computer systems and basic informatics.
• Prior experience as Pharmacist in Charge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and oversees pharmacy operations.
• Supervises staff and monitors workflow.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Maintains accurate medication records and inventories.
• Provides patient education and MTM services.
