Job summary

Janus RX, a subsidiary of Mims Management Group, is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead the Pharmacy Department. This role focuses on planning, organizing, and directing operations, with emphasis on safe dispensing and regulatory compliance.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends and major holidays off. Candidates must have a PharmD or equivalent and a valid state license.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and active license in good standing.
• Current Pharmacist license in the relevant state.
• Able to read and communicate in English.
• BLS certification is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy staff and oversee workflow from entry to dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards across all ages.
• Manage purchasing and inventory of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
