Job summary

Janus RX, a growing family-owned pharmacy network, seeks a Pharmacist in Charge to oversee the operation and compliance across our services. The PIC will supervise workflow, manage inventory, and lead quality initiatives for an underserved Behavioral Health population.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and a current pharmacist license with a PharmD. Daytime, open hours align with our family-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree with active pharmacist licensure.
• Experience as Pharmacist in Charge preferred.
• Ability to counsel patients and supervise staff.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the pharmacy department operations.
• Supervise staff and oversee prescription fulfillment and verification.
• Ensure compliance with patient care quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of pharmaceuticals.
• Provide education and participate in budgeting and CQI activities.
• Maintain records and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
