• MTM training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel and participates in all aspects of pharmacy workflow including data entry, prescription fulfillment, final verification, and dispensing.
• Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards for all age groups.
• Directs purchase and inventory maintenance of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Participates in budgeting, education, and human resource activities.
• Maintains records for medications and supplies and adheres to regulations.

Education

PharmD or Baccalaureate in Pharmacy

Current State Pharmacy Board licensure

MTM training/certification (preferred)
