Janus Rx, a growing pharmacist-owned company with a family-friendly culture, is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) in Maryland. The PIC will plan, organize, and direct the Pharmacy Department, overseeing dispensing, verification, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities include compliance with regulations, inventory control, budgeting support, and staff training, while maintaining patient-focused care for diverse age groups. Work hours are M-F, 8a-5p, no nights or weekends.

Qualificações

• Licensed Pharmacist in Maryland.
• Pharmacy degree (PharmD or BS) from an accredited school.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees pharmacy workflow including prescription fulfillment, final verification, and dispensing.
• Directs inventory management and purchasing of pharmaceuticals.
• Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards for all age groups.
