Job summary

PromptCare Companies Inc. seeks a Pharmacist in Charge to lead the NJ enteral nutrition pharmacy operations on-site in New Providence. You will oversee dispensing, verification, and compliance across multi-state jurisdictions, with plans to obtain non-resident licenses in TN, NY, and MA within six months.

The role requires active NJ licensure, DEA registration, and strong regulatory judgment, with preferred BCNSP certification and 3–5 years in home infusion or related nutrition support settings.

Qualifications

• PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted NJ pharmacist license (home-state PIC).
• Active DEA registration; ability to obtain multi-state registrations.
• Board certification in Nutrition Support Pharmacy (BCNSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active pharmacist licenses in NJ, TN, NY, and MA; renewals and status changes.
• Serve as designated Pharmacist in Charge for NJ and responsible pharmacist for non-resident permits.
• Ensure compliance with state boards, DEA registrations, and multi-state shipping regs.
• Oversee day-to-day enteral nutrition pharmacy operations and dispensing workflows.
• Prepare and enforce multi-state policies, labeling, transfers, and records-retention.
