PromptCare Companies is seeking a skilled Home Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in New Providence, NJ. You will review charts and lab results for an assigned caseload of patients receiving specialized infusion therapy and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, is licensed, and has experience in hospital or home infusion settings.

Qualificações

• B.S. or PharmD required; active licensed pharmacist.
• Active registered pharmacy license in NJ and other required states.
• Experience in hospital and home infusion therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review charts and physician orders for therapeutic appropriateness and safety.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in compounding, labeling, and packaging.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with physicians and care team.
• Assist in training new staff and supporting education programs.
• Perform IV room mixing when needed.
