Job summary

Harris Teeter in Charlotte, NC is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide world-class customer service in our store pharmacy, administer immunizations, and support patient care while ensuring compliance with all laws and company standards.

You will supervise pharmacy associates, handle prescriptions, review medications for safety, and work with the team to maximize patient satisfaction and pharmacy performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing in the state(s) where practice is required.
• Immunization-certified through a recognized program.
• CPR-certified or higher first aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work as a pharmacist in a store covering available shifts.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients.
• Verify the work of pharmacy technicians and interns for accuracy.
• Administer immunizations to customers following standing orders.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer records and information.
• Maximize gross profit and minimize operating expenses.
• Promote trust and respect among the team and customers.
