Harris Teeter, LLC. is seeking a full-time, forty-hour pharmacist to oversee the in-store pharmacy operations in Winston-Salem, NC.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and community health through immunizations and clinical services. As pharmacy manager, you will train staff, manage schedules, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and accuracy in all patient-related activities.

Formación

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing (state-specific).
• Immunization certification and CPR certification preferred/required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train and supervise staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pharmacy operations in accordance with company standards and regulations.
• Administer immunizations and perform clinical services per case load.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff; handle scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
