Job summary

ARMS Rapid Care Pharmacy in Birmingham, AL is seeking a dedicated full-time Pharmacist to lead our team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, and provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced setting.

Required BS Pharm or PharmD, Alabama license, and at least five years of pharmacy experience with supervisory background. Weekdays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, competitive compensation, and opportunities to advance clinical and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm or PharmD).
• Active license to practice pharmacy in Alabama.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with ARMS policy and Alabama state laws.
• Supervise and mentor Pharmacy Technicians and PRN Technicians.
• Dispense medications with a strong commitment to patient safety and procedures.
• Monitor pharmacy trends and pursue revenue-enhancing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and safety protocols.
• Lead the development of pharmacy marketing plans and educational outreach.
• Support business development and community pharmacy programs.
• Conduct regular inventory control, including removal of expired medications.

Key Responsibilities:
