We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to lead a first-shift team at a respected pharmacy operation in Daphne, Alabama. • Pharmacy Oversight: Oversee 1st shift operations to ensure safe dispensing and high-quality patient care.
• Dispensing: Verify, prepare, and dispense medications in accordance with legal and clinical standards.
• Compounding Management: Supervise non-sterile compounding activities while ensuring all documentation meets regulatory expectations.
• Patient Support: Provide counseling on prescription and OTC medications, including side effects and precautions.
• Team Leadership: Support and supervise pharmacy technicians during daily operations.
• Professional Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to resolve therapy questions, insurance hurdles, and drug interactions.
