Job summary

Onco360 in Louisville, KY is hiring full-time pharmacists for our onsite, 100% closed-door pharmacy. The role offers a starting salary of $140,000 and up, plus a quarterly incentive bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires starting before December 31, 2026.

Weekend shifts include a $4/hour differential. Primary responsibilities include reviewing orders, maintaining patient records, monitoring labs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective therapy for cancer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Pharm D is preferred.
• One year experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Current license in the state of practice is required.
• Multi-state licenses are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates physician medication orders for drug appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and administration route; recommends therapy changes as needed.
• Maintains patient databases with current and past medical history, labs, and concurrent medications.
• Ensures labs for high-risk conditions are ordered, evaluated, and discussed with the care team.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support.
• Documents all communications with physicians, nurses, and patients.
• Implements policies for safe procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal of drugs.
• Maintains required documentation per federal and state agencies.
• Informs Pharmacy Manager of medication errors.
• Assists staff with safe procurement, maintenance, administration, and disposal of drugs.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Our Onco360 Pharmacy in Louisville, KY, has a need for Full Time Pharmacists! Onsite, 100% Closed-Door, Consistent Schedules.

Starting Pay: $140k and up, depending on experience + Quarterly Incentive Bonus

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before December 31st, 2026.

Location: Louisville, KY

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Employment: Full-Time

Current Available Schedules:

Monday - Friday - 8am - 4:30pm EST

Saturday-Thursday (off Friday) - 9am-5:30pm EST

Weekend shifts include Shift Differential $4/hour for all hours worked

Pharmacist Major Responsibilities:

• Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration. Makes recommendations for therapy changes to the physician and facility staff as appropriate.
• Maintains patient database to include appropriate current and past medical history, appropriate clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medication (including over-the-counter and home remedies).
• Ensures that appropriate laboratory tests for monitoring certain high risk conditions are ordered, evaluated and discussed with appropriate members of the healthcare team.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed.
• Documents all communication with physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team and patients.
• Implements policies and procedures for the safe procurement, storage, distribution and use of drugs and biologicals, as well as disposal of drugs.
• Obtains, as necessary, and maintains all required documentation in accordance with federal and state regulatory agencies.
• Informs the Pharmacy Manager of medication related errors.
• Assists facility/agency staff personnel with procedures relating to safe and effective methods of procuring, maintaining, administering and disposing of drugs.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Pharmacist Job Requirements:

Education/Learning Experience

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Desired: Pharm D preferred

Work Experience

• Desired: One year experience in specialty pharmacy preferred

Skills/Knowledge

• Required: Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal and state regulations. Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.

Licenses/Certifications

• Required: Current license in the state of practice
• Desired: Ideal candidates will have multi-state licenses
