Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking full-time Pharmacists for a 100% closed-door, Monday–Friday schedule with a starting salary of $139,000/year and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires before December 28, 2026.

The role offers comprehensive onboarding to transition from retail, a strong clinical focus, and daily collaboration with physicians and the care team to support cancer patients.

Qualifications

Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal and state regulations.
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration. Makes recommendations for therapy changes to the physician and facility staff as appropriate.
Maintains patient database to include appropriate current and past medical history, appropriate clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medication (including over-the-counter and home remedies).
Ensures that appropriate laboratory tests for monitoring certain high-risk conditions are ordered, evaluated and discussed with appropriate members of the healthcare team.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed.
Documents all communication with physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team and patients.
Implements policies and procedures for the safe procurement, storage, distribution and use of drugs and biologicals, as well as disposal of drugs.
Obtains, as necessary, and maintains all required documentation in accordance with federal and state regulatory agencies.
Informs the Pharmacy Manager of medication-related errors.
Assists facility/agency staff personnel with procedures relating to safe and effective methods of procuring, maintaining, administering and dispensing of drugs.
Performs other tasks as assigned.

Our Onco360 Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ has a need for Full Time Pharmacists! Onsite, 100% Closed-Door, Consistent M-F Schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday with coverage from 8:30am to 5pm MST, shifting one hour later to 9:30am to 6pm MST with Daylight Saving Time changes.

Salary: Starting at $139,000 annually and up, depending on experience.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before December 28th, 2026.

Education/Learning Experience

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

Work Experience
