Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians for our Louisville, KY location. This on-site, full-time role operates Mon-Fri from 11:00AM to 7:30PM EST, with a starting salary of $22.50 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before Oct 31, 2026.

Late shifts add a $3/hour differential; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and quarterly incentive bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Onco360 is looking for Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians at our Specialty pharmacy located in Louisville, KY. Join our growing team in a closed door environment with exciting opportunities for professional growth!

This position is on-site with Full-Time hours either Mon-Fri from 11:00AM - 7:30PM EST.

Starting salary $22.50/HR and up.

Late shift will earn a $3/hour shift differential.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before October 31, 2026.

Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians at Onco360...

• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare prescriptions to be dispensed including printing labels; selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product for dispense

• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented
• Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills
