Onco360 is seeking a Full-Time Fulfillment Pharmacist for our 100% closed-door specialty pharmacy in Louisville, KY. The role involves evaluating orders, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality oncology care.

Starting pay is $140k and up with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires before December 31, 2026, and a quarterly incentive. Weekend and shift details apply to the 11:30am–8pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
• One year of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Current license in the state of practice required.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations; ability to work cooperatively as a team member.

Responsabilités

Our Pharmacy in Louisville, KY, has a need for a Full-Time Fulfillment Pharmacist! Onsite, 100% Closed-Door, Consistent Schedule.

Starting Pay: $140k and up, depending on experience + Quarterly Incentive Bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before December 31st, 2026.

Monday to Friday from 11:30am to 8pm** ** Late shift includes Shift Differential - $4/hour for all hours worked

• Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration. Makes recommendations for therapy changes to the physician and facility staff as appropriate.
• Maintains patient database to include appropriate current and past medical history, appropriate clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medication (including over-the-counter and home remedies).
• Ensures that appropriate laboratory tests for monitoring certain high risk conditions are ordered, evaluated and discussed with appropriate members of the healthcare team.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed.
• Documents all communication with physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team and patients.
• Implements policies and procedures for the safe procurement, storage, distribution and use of drugs and biologicals, as well as disposal of drugs.
• Obtains, as necessary, and maintains all required documentation in accordance with federal and state regulatory agencies.
• Informs the Pharmacy Manager of medication related errors.
• Assists facility/agency staff personnel with procedures relating to safe and effective methods of procuring, maintaining, administering and disposing of drugs.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Education/Learning Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

Work Experience

• Desired: One year experience in retail pharmacy

Skills/Knowledge

• Required: Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal and state regulations. Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.

Licenses/Certifications

• Required: Current license in the state of practice
• Desired: Ideal candidates will have multi-state licenses
