Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college.
• Maryland pharmacist license required.
• Minimum one year of direct patient care experience.
• Active CPR certification; vaccinations cert preferable within six months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patient care team to promote safe medication use.
• Provide patient care via telephone and in-person visits.
• Precept interns, students, and residents; assist learning initiatives.
• Interpret and verify medications ordered by prescribers.
