Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for full-time and/or part-time roles in a 100% employee-owned ESOP environment. You will verify multidose cards and perform MTM while collaborating with prescribers, nurses, and caregivers to ensure accurate medication delivery.

You’ll work with group homes, behavioral health facilities, and supported living communities. Places where your clinical expertise genuinely improves lives.

Your Core Work:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active NE Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills (you'll talk to nurses, DSPs, prescribers daily)
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
• Compassion and patience working with vulnerable populations

Preferred:

• Experience in fast-paced, high volume pharmacy setting
• Immunization certification
• Interest in medication therapy management (MTM)

• Must pass background check and drug screen

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly Wage: $58-$65 per hour

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Must possess meticulous skills of checking medication packs, data entry, and providing consultations to other providers. Pharmacist will also be administering a variety of injections to patients. The ability to multi-task, remain accurate, and become part of a team-oriented culture is important. The position may also include occasional participation in various medication review committees.
