Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, seeks a Pharmacist to join a caring team serving IDD and behavioral health populations. The role emphasizes clinical care over retail tasks, with ownership through ESOP and a strong focus on work‑life balance.
The position offers 58–65 USD/hour, 100% ESOP ownership, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team that collaborates with group homes and facilities to ensure accurate medication management.
At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, you won't be counting by 5s in a retail setting or processing insurance rejections all day. You'll be caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs—people who depend on you to get their medications right, on time, every time.
Here’s what makes us different:
You'll work with group homes, behavioral health facilities, and supported living communities. Places where your clinical expertise genuinely improves lives.
We don’t just serve the IDD community, we employ them. Every pharmacy has IDD employees (Social Coordinators, Environmental Services). We host gaming nights. We celebrate our patients as neighbors, not just “customers.”
Ownership & Wealth Building – 100% ESOP ownership.
Competitive 401(k) match on top of ESOP.
Actual Work‑Life Balance – Monday‑Saturday daytime hours; Sundays and major holidays closed. Paid on‑call rotation.
Supportive Team Environment – You’re never alone. Work alongside other pharmacists, techs, and drivers.
Regional Leader and Pharmacist In‑Charge support, National support team (IT, HR, Compliance, Inventory).
Headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, we are a 100% employee‑owned closed‑door pharmacy specializing in IDD and behavioral health. We offer a business culture that focuses on work‑life balance and teamwork to fulfill our mission.
Core values:
"I left my retail job after 12 years. Best decision I ever made. At Neighborhood, I actually get to use my clinical knowledge. The agencies trust us, the patients know us, and I'm building wealth through ESOP I never imagined." — Pharmacist, Lincoln, NE
"I thought ESOP was just marketing talk until I saw my first valuation statement. My account has grown substantially in 3 years. That's real money; money I'm building without taking anything out of my paycheck." — PIC, Kansas City, KS
