Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Irving, TX is hiring a Staff Pharmacist to join our 100% ESOP-owned team. You’ll support IDD and behavioral health patients with precise medication management and clinical care.
Responsibilities include verifying multidose cards, conducting MTM, consulting with prescribers and care staff, administering injections, and participating in medication reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role with a commitment to compassionate, accurate service.

At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, you won't be counting by 5s in a retail setting or processing insurance rejections all day. You'll be caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs—people who depend on you to get their medications right, on time, every time.
You\'ll work with group homes, behavioral health facilities, and supported living communities. Places where your clinical expertise genuinely improves lives.

Hourly Wage: $65-$75 per hour

Must possess meticulous skills of checking medication packs, data entry, and providing consultations to other providers. Pharmacist will also be administering a variety of injections to patients. The ability to multi-task, remain accurate, and become part of a team-oriented culture is important. The position may also include occasional participation in various medication review committees.
