Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. seeks a licensed pharmacist to join our long-term care pharmacy team in Elizabethtown, KY. You will evaluate orders, ensure proper labeling, and communicate with nursing staff and physicians to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for drug appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and administration.
• Ensure dispensed medicines are correctly supplied and labeled.

• Supervise preparation of medicines.
• Recommend therapy changes to physicians and facilities staff when needed.
• Investigate and resolve medication-related queries.
• Maintain customer databases with medical history and clinical data.
