Pay Range

$52.50 - $77.18. A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses in providing accurate and rational drug therapy to patients upon receipt of an allied health professional's order.
• Reviews order for dosing accuracy, drug selection, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness.
• Serves as a medical team consultant by participating in multidisciplinary rounds, committees, and workgroups.
• Provides drug information to allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and the general public.
• Monday through Friday evening clinical pharmacist focused on clinical consults, reports, and code response.

Education Qualifications

• Pharmacy Required
• Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice Graduate of accredited Pharmacy program; eligible for Pharmacist licensure in state of practice.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice or is eligible to apply for pharmacy board exam/state of practice licensure is required. If not currently a Licensed Pharmacist in state of practice, must obtain within 180 days of hire. Board Certification is preferred.
