SVG HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused and dedicated to providing clinical care in a fast-paced environment.

Education requirements include a Bachelor's in Pharmacy; a Master's or Doctorate in Pharmacy is preferred, with residency and board certification preferred. Licensed or eligible for license in the state is required. Schedule is 36 hours per week with compensation aligned to experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Pharmacy is required.
  • Master's or Doctorate in Pharmacy is preferred.
  • Residency is preferred; board certification is preferred; licensed or eligible for license in practice state.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
  • Support the Pharmacy department with medication management and safety.
  • Work a 36-hour weekly schedule in Green Bay, WI.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Pay Range: $52.50 - $77.18 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
