Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ is in search of (4) Full Time Pharmacists to join their team. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $139,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for those starting before August 31, 2026.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, a valid state license, and at least one year of retail pharmacy experience is desired. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm MST.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness.
  • Maintain patient database including medical history.
  • Ensure laboratory tests for high-risk conditions are ordered.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team for support.
  • Document all communications with healthcare team and patients.
  • Implement policies for safe drug procurement and use.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with regulations.
  • Inform Pharmacy Manager of medication errors.

Skills

Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal and state regulations
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

Job description

Onco360 Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking (4) Full Time Pharmacists onsite.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm MST (shifted to 9:30 am – 6:00 pm during Daylight Saving Time).

Salary starts at $139,000 annually and above, depending on experience. Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before August 31, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration. Makes recommendations for therapy changes to the physician and facility staff as appropriate.
  • Maintains patient database to include appropriate current and past medical history, appropriate clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medication (including over-the-counter and home remedies).
  • Ensures that appropriate laboratory tests for monitoring certain high risk conditions are ordered, evaluated and discussed with appropriate members of the healthcare team.
  • Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed.
  • Documents all communication with physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team and patients.
  • Implements policies and procedures for the safe procurement, storage, distribution and use of drugs and biologicals, as well as disposal of drugs.
  • Obtains, as necessary, and maintains all required documentation in accordance with federal and state regulatory agencies.
  • Informs the Pharmacy Manager of medication related errors.
  • Assists facility/agency staff personnel with procedures relating to safe and effective methods of procuring, maintaining, administering and disposing of drugs.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
Education & Learning Experience
  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Work Experience
  • Desired: One year experience in retail pharmacy
Skills & Knowledge
  • Required: Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal and state regulations. Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Required: Current license in the state of practice
  • Desired: Ideal candidates will have multi‑state licenses
