Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Part-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team. This position offers 9 AM - 5:30 PM weekdays with rotating Saturdays, 100% employee-owned environment and competitive pay.

We are a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy serving IDD and behavioral health needs. You will verify packaging, consult with providers, enter data, review therapies, administer injections and participate in reviews as needed.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• Active Arizona pharmacist license, or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers.
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Administer a variety of injections.
• Participate in medication review committees as needed.
• Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time.

Neighborhood is hiring a Part-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers
