Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a pharmacist to compound and dispense prescribed drugs in a hospital setting, consulting with medical staff on drug interactions and patient history.

You will answer patient questions about medications, ensure accurate pharmacy data, and comply with regulatory, security and hospital procedures. Doctor of Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy required; residency preferred. 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD (or B.Pharm) required.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Additional Job Description

Minimum Training and Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred.
