Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Pharmacist to compound and dispense prescribed drugs per physician instructions in a hospital setting, collaborating with medical staff on interactions and patient history.

You will respond to patient questions about medications and dosages, and ensure that all pharmacy data is accurately recorded and maintained in compliance with regulatory, security and hospital procedures.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required

Additional Job Description
