Job summary

Aurolife is seeking a Chemist A to perform QC testing to assess strength, identity, and purity of samples. The role involves bench-level testing, planning reagents, and ensuring timely completion of analyses in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in pharmaceuticals and 1-2 year experience in Analytical testing desirable.
• QC experience in Generic Pharmaceutical industries would be preferable.
• Knowledge in Good Documentation practices. Knowledge in USP/ICH/FDA.
• Ability to learn quickly and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling, physical and chemical tests and assay on raw materials, APIs, in-process, finished and stability products using wet chemistry, instrumental methods and USP/In-house monographs.
• Plan and prepare inventory of test reagents and solutions; ensure supplies are ordered as needed.
• Plan and execute testing to meet established timelines and document results clearly.
• Prepare and review Test Procedures, SOPs, and Protocols as assigned.
