Job summary

Aurolife seeks a Chemist A to perform QC testing to assess strength, identity, and purity of samples. You will work with the team to plan and QC analytical testing using established procedures, primarily at bench level.

The role requires 2–3 years in pharma with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field, and knowledge of GMP and regulatory practices. Competitive benefits and a structured work environment are offered in this location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of pharmaceutical QA/testing experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to plan, document, and review test data.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling, physical, chemical tests, and assays on materials and products.
• Plan inventory of reagents and ensure supplies are available to perform work.
• Plan and execute testing to meet established timelines; perform complex testing with supervision.
• Record data and results as per procedures; document work clearly.
• Prepare and/or review Test Procedures, SOPs, and Protocols as assigned.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments with supervision.
• Troubleshoot and investigate under supervisor guidance.
• Comply with regulatory/in-house requirements (safety, GMP, waste, documentation).
• Review analytical documents as required.
