Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic and innovative environment? Location: Fort Washington, PA
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 2,2,3 schedule, 6:15 am - 6:45 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Perform setups, adjustments, and repairs on machinery to meet production standards.
• Monitor processes to ensure product quality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including logs and quality checks.
• Train and mentor junior operators on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of X years of experience in a manufacturing setting, focusing on machine operation.
• Strong knowledge of setup procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, etc.
