CPV Manufacturing, located in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking individuals interested in manufacturing and machining. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping records. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30am - 3:15pm, with occasional Saturdays.

Essential Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Operate various CNC machines, monitor operations, and record data.
• Inspect parts and adjust as necessary to meet quality standards.
• Measure workpieces to verify specifications.
• Deburr and wash parts as needed.
• Maintain, clean, and lubricate machines.
• Follow OSHA and safety rules.
• Keep a safe and clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret drawing elements and measurements.
• Proficient with measuring tools and understanding tolerances.
• Ability to identify tools and use manufacturing equipment.
• Wearing PPE at all times.
