Job Description: Machine Operator

Location: United States, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia

Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment such as labelers, scales, and conveyors.
• Document material usage, product waste, and weight control.
• Set up, calibrate, and clean equipment for production.
• Control and adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect packaged materials and products for damages and safety concerns.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, wearing PPE.
• Support warehouse and packaging team as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of warehouse or machine operation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75+ pounds and stand for 8 hours.
