Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience with high-speed equipment.
• Experience with corrective and preventive maintenance and spare parts systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals; perform precision measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs high-speed filling and packaging equipment.
• Maintains maintenance logs and documentation per SOP/cGMP.
• Performs setup/changeovers and repairs as production schedules require.
• Coordinates with Maintenance, Operations and Engineering to meet KPIs.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.
