Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in pharma.
• Forklift certified and able to obtain Powered Industrial Lift Certification (PILC).
• Proficient with WMS and barcode scanning technology.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify contents against POs and specs.
• Inspect for damages and report issues to Warehouse Manager.
• Store products per specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory records using WMS/SAPbyDesign.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist audits.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for internal delivery.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
• Follow GMP and GDP guidelines and maintain records for inspections.
• Perform daily/weekly cleaning and safety tasks.
