Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our Fishers, Indiana facility as the primary off-shift HR partner. The role provides strategic guidance to GMP-regulated operations and supports night and weekend teams to maintain operational continuity.

Key duties include employee relations investigations, policy development, compliance, and performance improvement support. On-site, Tuesday through Saturday, 4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years handling complex employee relations cases independently under regulatory scrutiny.
• Ability to advise and influence managers and leaders, including defending recommendations.
• Operate independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulatory environment.
• Confident using workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, GMP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and HR analytics tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
• High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Experience with PEOs and co-employment models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partner: guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations trends impacting off-shift operations.
• On-Site HR Lead for Assigned Shifts: primary on-site HR resource for assigned shifts, driving performance.
• Employee Relations, Investigations & Leave Administration: lead investigations, manage leave processes, ensure compliant documentation.
• Performance Improvement Plans: guide managers through PIP process and coaching.
• HR Compliance & Regulatory Risk Management: ensure adherence to labor laws, FDA regulations, GMP requirements.
• HR Policy Development & Administration: develop and communicate policies in line with regs.
• Compensation & Benefit Support: support decisions and liaison for benefits during shifts.
• Payroll System Administration and Training: knowledge and training on payroll systems.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: analyze metrics and translate findings for leadership.
• Cross-Shift Communication & Handovers: structured handoffs between off-shift and day-shift HR.
