Job summary

Kyowa Kirin North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for our Sanford, NC site to manage all facets of warehousing operations. You will establish layout, capacity planning, SOPs, and ensure safe, compliant movement of pharmaceutical products and raw materials in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and training, with a focus on FDA, cGMP, GDP, OSHA requirements and ERP/MES system usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical/scientific degree preferred with relevant experience.
• Associate degree with warehousing experience acceptable with years of practice.
• High school diploma with pharma/biopharma warehousing background required.
• 4–5 years in warehouse or distribution, regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts and full inventory.
• Operate material handling equipment, ensure safety, and manage documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Finance and Global Supply Chain.
• Support continuous improvement and training of new staff.
