Job summary
Kyowa Kirin North America seeks a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain- Warehouse Set Up to lead initial Sanford, NC facility startup in 2027 and own ongoing warehouse operations, materials management, and GMP compliance.
This role will guide S&OP governance, digital tool adoption, and ERP-driven processes to ensure reliable supply for clinical and commercial manufacturing. The role requires strong planning, regulatory knowledge, and leadership across functions to build a best-in-class warehouse
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or regulated environments preferred.
- Experience with startup of biopharma facilities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish GMP-compliant warehouse and materials management organization.
- Lead warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping.
- Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs, work instructions, and training programs.
- Govern ERP and digital planning tool updates and changes.
- Drive readiness for site go‑live and ongoing operations.
