Kyowa Kirin North America is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Specialist to support GMP-regulated facilities in Sanford, NC. You will manage CMMS/EDMS, maintain asset records, and drive maintenance scheduling and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ CMMS experience; SAP or MS Dynamics preferred.
• Experience with CMMS/EDMS, deviations, and change controls.
• Strong data integrity and ability to generate reports.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CMMS and EDMS for maintenance programs.
• Manage asset records, PM schedules, work orders, and maintenance history.
• Generate reports and KPIs on maintenance performance.
• Support deviations, change controls and CAPAs; participate in audits.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors; assist regulatory audits as needed.
