Job summary

USAntibiotics, LLC seeks a hands-on Supervisor of Warehouse Operations to lead daily inbound, storage, staging, and outbound activities in a cGMP pharmaceutical setting.

You will coordinate SAP transactions, inventory accuracy, and documentation while working cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, and Transportation to ensure compliant material movement and timely shipments. On-site role with leadership duties and development of staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced pharma or FDA-regulated settings.
• Ability to perform and review SAP transactions for receipts, movements, and storage.
• Strong knowledge of safety, GDP, SOPs, and controlled documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift start-up, priorities, and escalation for receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain segregation of materials by status and ensure lot traceability.
• Execute and review SAP goods receipt, stock movements, and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and evaluate employees, manage attendance and cross-training.
• Identify deviations and support investigations with CAPA implementation.
