Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Forklift certification required and ability to obtain PIT certification.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and barcode scanning technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify contents against orders and specs.
• Inspect products for damage or expiration and report issues.
• Store products per specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory records using WMS/SAP byDesign.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in audits.
• Pick and pack orders to meet internal demands.
• Label orders correctly for internal delivery.
• Use barcode scanners to track inventory.
• Adhere to GMP and GDP safety/regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in regulatory documentation and inspections.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Daily/weekly cleaning and warehouse safety practices.
• Participate in team trainings and meetings.
