Job summary

EMP Labels, an Inovar Packaging Group Company, is seeking a Warehouse Receiving & Fulfillment Specialist for 2nd shift in Fishers, IN. The role involves forklift operation, receiving verification, and order fulfillment, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualified candidates will have forklift experience, ability to handle physical warehouse tasks, and strong attention to inventory details. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform both equipment operation and physical warehouse duties.
• Familiarity with inventory transactions and recording movements.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Unload trucks using forklift or pallet jack.
• Verify shipments against PO, packing slips and receiving docs.
• Record receiving transactions and inventory movements in company systems.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare materials or finished goods.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized receiving and warehouse areas.
• Follow safety requirements and GMPs.
